I search for an answer and did not find a solution. It tried again, and came across this. It worked
This tip should work for Outlook 2003, 2007, 2010 and probably most older and newer versions. This fix will only apply to emails that are being composed in HTML or Rich text. The first thing you need to do is open up Outlook and got to the Tools menu, then select options. In the default configuration, depending on the size of your hard disk, Outlook synchronizes only 1, 3, or 12 months of email to your Offline Outlook Data (.ost) file from the Exchange server. If your Mail to keep offline setting is set to 12 months and you have email items in your Exchange mailbox that are older than 12 months, those items.
I went to the outlook, on my mac, and renamed the folder producing the error. I removed the two spaces between two words, and it worked. I hope this helps.
This is one of my favorite Outlook features and it works with all versions of Outlook and with all Outlook folders. It also works with any application that accepts paste, not just Excel. Create a view that contains the fields you need, then copy the rows and paste into any application that accepts paste. I want to import graphics into my main input file using the macro includegraphics. It does not work if the filename contains spaces. Include image with spaces in path directory to be processed with dvips also discusses this subject, but there is no solution there. My compilation routine is latex-dvips-ps2pdf (because of PSTricks). Extra spaces in signature I thought I'd already entered this question, but I don't see it in the list. I have a problem with extra space appearing after each line in my signature - looks like signature is double-spaced when it's actually used in an email message; I want single-spaced appearance.
